Is The Retreat Worth It on Celebrity Cruises?

After experiencing it with my own family, my answer is yes. The Retreat is Celebrity's suite experience, combining your suite accommodations with exclusive dining at Luminae, personalized Retreat service, The Retreat Lounge and The Retreat Sundeck on ships where it's available. And it's the service that really stood out to us. The staff learned our names, remembered our preferences and even knew what my kids liked to eat and drink. We had quieter spaces to relax, a dedicated restaurant instead of relying on the buffet, and access to Retreat areas where we could get away from some of the busier parts of the ship. Depending on your ship and suite, the exact Retreat experience and amenities can vary. But after experiencing The Retreat ourselves, I understand why so many Celebrity cruisers don't want to go back to a standard stateroom.
