Construction Update: MSC's New Private Island Sandy Cay - September 2026 | Ocean Cay Marine Reserve

In this raw construction footage, we pan across the heavy earthworks and land-building currently underway just a short distance from the existing Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve. While there are no luxury cabanas, infinity pools, or pristine beaches visible just yet, this massive engineering project is laying the literal foundation for a completely new luxury cruise experience. Opening in 2028, Sandy Cay (referred to during early development as "Little Cay") will be roughly one-third the size of Ocean Cay.
