An Epic Journey Along the Mexican Riviera & Through the Panama Canal on the Norwegian Encore

We board a two-week cruise with our friends and we sail from Los Angeles, California to Miami, Florida aboard the Norwegian Encore. We experience a very satisfying journey combining rich Mexican Culture, Central American beauty & wildlife and historic Columbian architecture. We take a tour on the Battleship Iowa, take a scenic boat and beach tour to the Cabo San Lucas Arch, and visit a Guatemalan coffee plantation. We even find a traditional speakeasy in Panama called Azahar where we have on of the best meals of our lives. After that we document our Panama Canal crossing which is an exciting experience. In our final port, we visit the spot in Cartagena where Saint Peter the Claver provided comfort to thousands of slaves in transit to the New World. If you've never been on a repositioning cruise before, we will provide valuable insight on how to make the most of these often less-expensive cruise options. Our cruise takes us along the Mexican Riviera to the ports of Cabo San Lucas, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, and Manzanillo. Then we travel down to Guatemala and Panama where we traverse the Panama Canal. We then dock in Cartagena, Columbia before we end our cruise in Miami, Florida.
