Leg six of our cruise to Port Chalmers (Dunedin) Upon arrival in Port Chalmers, we caught a shuttle that travelled 12 kilometres into the city of Dunedin. The Māori name for Dunedin is Ōtepoti, which specifically refers to the upper Otago Harbour area. This area was a significant landing site for waka (canoes) and a place for gathering food. A good friend of mine took us around some of the main attractions, including the steepest street called Baldwin Street and it holds the Guinness World Record, Dunedin Railway Station, and the First Church of Otago. Then it was time to head back to the ship If you enjoy the video, please give it a like, a thumbs up or subscribe to my channel.
