Paying the cover charge doesn’t mean everything on the menu is included! At Ocean Cay seafood restaurant aboard MSC Meraviglia, the regular cover charge on my sailing was $45 for a set number of selections. An additional appetizer cost $10, an additional entrée cost $20, and some premium dishes carried separate supplements.
