Liberty of the Seas in Lisbon: 5 Hours, What I'd Skip
Liberty of the Seas docked in Lisbon and I had exactly 5 hours to see the city — here's what I'd do again and what I'd skip. Full walking route from the Santa Apolónia terminal into Alfama, tram and Uber costs, and whether Belém is worth the trip on a short port day. If your ship berths at Santa Apolónia / Jardim do Tabaco you're a 10-minute walk from the historic Alfama district. If you're further down the river at Alcântara or Rocha Conde de Óbidos, you'll need transport — I cover both in this video, including the famous Tram 28, the metro, taxi and Uber tips, and the mistake I made that cost me nearly an hour. 🚢 Watch the full Liberty of the Seas ship tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daMeE_hZRAc ⚓ More cruise port guides: [PASTE YOUR CRUISE PORTS PLAYLIST LINK] 🔔 Subscribe for weekly cruise ship reviews and port guides: https://www.youtube.com/@TheWalkingCruiser?sub_confirmation=1 🔗 HELPFUL LINKS & RESOURCES Book the Lisbon Hippo Trip Tour: https://www.hippotrip.com/en/ Lisbon Metro map & info: https://www.lisbonportugaltourism.com/transportation/lisbon-metro-underground-subway-guide-and-map.html Website: https://www.thewalkingcruiser.com/ 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thewalkingcruiser/ 📱 TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@walkingcruiser ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 Arriving at the Lisbon cruise port 01:00 Ponte 25 de Abril 01:57 Miradouro das Portas do Sol 02:24 Praça do Rossio 03:03 Elevador de Santa Justa 03:57 Praça Luís de Camões 04:35 Praça do Comércio 06:15 Hippo Trip amphibious tour 08:27 Belém Tower 09:16 Padrão dos Descobrimentos 10:01 Compass Rose 10:59 Elevador da Bica 11:31 Santuário de Cristo Rei #lisboncruiseport #cruisetips #royalcaribbean #lisbonportugal
