We Took 8 Kids on a Cruise to Mexico — ATVs, Camels, and Nobody Drowned | Big Family Jewels
We spotted our cruise ship from Disneyland. And then we got on it. Eight kids. Open ocean. All-you-can-eat everything. Xander found the food within 30 seconds of boarding. This was always going to be chaotic. 🚢 First stop: the ship. The kids lost their minds at the size of it — water slides, a flow rider, lifeboats on the side. Xander disappeared toward the buffet immediately. We ate butter lemon something. It was good. Second stop: Cabo San Lucas. We got off the ship, survived the cat bridge situation, rode ATVs, and then — camels. Yes, camels. In Cabo. My heart. Third stop: Mexico. The kids were bargaining in the market, touching things they shouldn't, wandering into a cemetery, getting drawn toward rocks in the ocean, and absolutely not listening to me. They did, however, listen to the lifeguards and the police. So there's that. We lost Xander. At least it was Xander.
