One City Two Continents - Welcome To Istanbul 🇹🇷
Istanbul completely surprised us. After leaving the heat of Egypt, we arrived in Türkiye not knowing what to expect… and what we found was a city unlike anywhere else in the world. In just four nights, we explored a place where Europe meets Asia, where ancient mosques sit beside modern life, and where culture, food, and history blend in a way that feels both exotic and familiar at the same time. From the incredible Hagia Sophia and the stunning Blue Mosque, to getting lost in the chaos of the Grand Bazaar, eating some of the best kebabs we’ve ever had, and cruising between continents on the Bosphorus — Istanbul delivered moment after moment we didn’t see coming. We wandered colourful streets in Balat, met locals, tried traditional Turkish coffee (a lot of it…), experienced a very memorable Turkish bath, and even turned spotting stray cats into a full-blown competition. This city isn’t just about landmarks — it’s about energy, people, and contrasts.
