THE CROSSING TO SVALBARD 🌊🇳🇴 We are officially crossing the Greenland Sea to the top of the world! 🧭✨ To catch you up: we set sail from Reykjavík 9 days ago, crossed the Denmark Strait into Greenland, spent almost a week exploring wild fjords, and now we’re on a 2-day sea crossing from Greenland to Svalbard, Norway: the northernmost permanent settlement on Earth! 🏔️❄️ After a non-stop week of rugged Arctic excursions, these sea days have been the ultimate mix of rest, learning, and epic expedition moments 👇 🌊 Big Swells & Plunging Temps Most of the voyage has been smooth sailing, but as we push further north, the temperature is dropping fast and the ocean has given us some wild, rolling swells that make this truly feel like an old-school polar expedition! 💨🚢 📚 Lectures, Movies & Pop-Up Shops The Poseidon team kept us entertained on board with fantastic lectures covering Arctic geology, polar icebergs, and wildlife, plus movie nights and a pop-up polar shop opening! 🍿👕 Tomorrow morning we arrive in Svalbard for a whole new chapter of this arctic journey!
