Why I Tell Clients to Be Careful with Royal Up - 🚢 You May Not Like Your Upgrade
Thinking about bidding on a cabin upgrade through Royal Caribbean's Royal Up program? Before you place a bid, there's something important you need to understand. When you win a Royal Up bid, you don't get to choose your new cabin location. The cruise line assigns the cabin, and sometimes that means ending up in a location you might not have selected yourself. In this video, I'm showing a Junior Suite Sunset cabin aboard Adventure of the Seas. While it's a larger suite with a spacious balcony, the location and surrounding ship structure create a more obstructed view than some travelers might expect. Royal Up can be a fantastic value—but it's important to understand the trade-offs before bidding.
