NCL Embarkation Day Tips
Norwegian cruise line typically does not let you access your stateroom right after boarding. Instead, it will be ready when the crew says it is time via an overhead announcement. This is good to know because you cannot drop off your carry-ons in your stateroom right after boarding like you can on certain cruise lines, like celebrity in particular.  You may have the opportunity to leave your carry-on baggage at one of the bars or restaurants after you board and you’ll have to check with a crew member for that information.
