Estancia La Mimosa, a working ranch just outside Buenos Aires, was the perfect stop on a departure day tour with Celebrity Cruises, where peacocks wandered freely among the gauchos, horses and dancers, followed by the most incredible meat asado. There is something wonderfully charming about watching these birds roam such a historic property, and the barbecue itself was a real highlight, plate after plate of perfectly cooked meat in true Argentine style.
