Alvaston Hall Tour | What’s a Warner Hotel REALLY Like?

We’re trying Alvaston Hall in Nantwich, Cheshire, a Warner Hotel, for the very first time! In this Alvaston Hall tour and review, we take you around this Warner Hotels property to discover the food, entertainment, activities and accommodation and ask whether a Warner break can give cruise lovers some of that cruise-holiday feeling on land. This trip came about because we wanted to get away with Mum and Dad, but Dad currently isn’t able to cruise. As people who normally spend our holidays at sea, we were intrigued to see how a Warner Hotel would compare and we were genuinely surprised by just how much was going on. The food was excellent, the staff were fantastic and the entertainment was far better than we expected. The absolute highlight of our weekend was The Illegal Eagles, who were spectacular.... easily one of our favourite parts of the whole stay. There was certainly no shortage of things to do either. We tried afternoon tea, saw cocktail making, quizzes and even a silent disco, alongside everything else on offer including table tennis, pool, a games room, croquet, putting, badminton and Baggo. There’s also a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, plus plenty more activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. So, can a few days at Warner Hotels’ Alvaston Hall really give cruise lovers that familiar combination of good food, entertainment, activities and having everything in one place?
