Bald Eagles Are Everywhere in Sitka, Alaska

One of my favorite things about cruising Alaska is the incredible wildlife, and Sitka delivered. We were just walking around town when we started spotting bald eagles sitting in the trees like they were ordinary neighborhood birds. Coming from cities where I’m used to seeing pigeons everywhere, I could not get over how casually you can encounter bald eagles in Alaska.
