We discovered a really cool little place called Rumhuys in Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and there's some interesting history behind one of their rums! Their Pirates of the Caribbean rum is inspired by an original pirate recipe that they've refined and made their own. But what really made this place memorable was the atmosphere and the people. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a relaxed, laid back feel.
