Santorini Cruise Port: Pay for a Guided Tour or Explore on Your Own?
Planning a stop at the Santorini Cruise Port? Should you take a guided tour—or explore Santorini on your own? During our visit to Santorini on a Greek Islands cruise, we spent a full day exploring the island's most famous sights, including Fira, Firostefani, Oia, Perivolos Black Sand Beach, Santorini wine country, traditional cave houses, and one of the most photographed viewpoints in all of Greece. Santorini is also a Disney Cruise Line port of call on select European and Mediterranean sailings. Disney currently offers a wide variety of Port Adventures here, ranging from guided island tours to an “Oia on Your Own” experience. Although we visited aboard Celebrity Infinity rather than Disney Cruise Line, our experience can help DCL guests decide how they might want to spend their own day in Santorini. Like many cruise passengers, we had to tender ashore, take the Santorini cable car to the top of the cliffs, and decide how best to spend our limited time on the island. Should you explore Santorini on your own, or is a guided tour worth the cost? Nancy and Dan Travel explores Disney, cruises and destinations for adults, including Disney Parks, Disney Resorts, Disney Cruise Line and destinations DCL guests can experience around the world. Disney Cruise Line currently offers a variety of Port Adventures in Santorini, Greece: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/en-gb/port-adventures/europe/list/santorini-greece/?utm_source=chatgpt.com #Santorini #SantoriniCruisePort #DisneyCruiseLine #SantoriniGreece #GreekIslands We share thoughtful, real-world Disney experiences — parks, resorts, and cruises — enjoyed at your own pace.
