Queen Mary 2 World Cruise 2026 Part 7. Tauranga to Sydney

Part 7 of our World cruise on Queen Mary 2 Leaving Tauranga, New Zealand we have 3 relaxing sea days to Sydney Sydney Day 1. Like the US all passengers must clear immigration before being allowed back on to the ship. We opted for an early start to cross the Harbour bridge and explore on foot before the temperature and humidity became an issue. Taking the ferry to Manley in the afternoon was fun, plus the views of the Opera house and Harbour bridge were outstanding. Passing Ribs and Burgers earlier in the day and being so close to the ship, this became our dining option for the evening. Would definately go again. Day 2 . Queen Mary relocated in the early hours to vacate the berth for another cruise ship so we are now a tender port. Slowing down today we explored the Botanical garden area and Opera house.
