DISNEY WISH EMBARKATION DAY 🛳️✨ | First time aboard the Disney Wish | Port Canaveral
👋 WELCOME ABOARD THE DISNEY WISH! 🚢✨ Today is officially Disney Wish Day 1 and we are FINALLY boarding the ship for the very first time! Join me (Alice) and my sister Lisa as we begin our four-night Disney Wish cruise from Port Canaveral in Florida. Our day starts back in Cocoa Beach, where I grab a Dunkin' coffee (an American staple!), make one final stop at Publix and then take a quick Uber over to Port Canaveral Terminal 10. Check-in and security are such breeze and, before we know it, we're walking onto the Disney Wish for the first time! Could not believe it was happening... The ship is SO fancy! 🥹✨ Once onboard we head straight to Marceline Market for our first Disney Cruise Line lunch - because obvs the first priority had to be Disney chicken tenders and mac & cheese! 😋 We then spend the afternoon exploring the Disney Wish, including our accessible stateroom which came with a HUGE balcony, finding out our dining rotation and discovering some of the amazing spaces around the ship. We explore the kids' clubs including Vibe and Edge, check out the Hero Zone, have a drink in the beautiful piano board, Nightingales,, and generally just soak up our first few hours onboard. That evening we watch the 'Seas the Adventure' show in the Walt Disney Theatre, and then have our first dinner at World of Marvel, meet our lovely tablemates and even get to meet Captain Minnie! 🥹 It is honestly the most magical first day and we cannot believe we're finally sailing on the Disney Wish!
