This is where the price of your drink package and Wi-Fi plan changes based on your sailing length, itinerary, and season, instead of one flat price for everybody. Carnival says once you buy a package, your price is locked in and will not change even if pricing is adjusted later. The big question, which Carnival still has not clarified, is whether you can cancel and rebook if the price drops after you buy, the way Royal Caribbean allows.
