Is a day pass to Baha Bay at Baha Mar worth it on a Nassau cruise day? For most cruisers, yes. The question I get most is how it compares to Atlantis. Atlantis has the bigger thrill slides, but in my opinion it's much more crowded, and the lines at Baha Bay were shorter. Baha Bay feels newer, calmer and a bit more upscale. The lazy river is huge, about 15 minutes long, and super relaxing, where Atlantis's river is a rapids ride and pretty intense. The wave pool is one of the highlights, and the beach has soft sand and calm, clear water. It's great for adults and families with younger kids. If your teens want the big thrill rides, Atlantis might be the better call. Food and drinks aren't included and they're pricey, and if it's a short port call I wouldn't do it. Resort for a Day has cheaper options closer to the pier, like British Colonial.
