She Jumped Off a Cruise Ship. Should She Pay for Naples?
A passenger jumped off Royal Caribbean's Odyssey of the Seas on October 9, and more than 4,000 guests lost their day in Naples. She told Greece's coast guard she jumped because she wanted to disembark, and she was found alive after about 20 hours in the water. Passengers say all they got back was the Naples port fee, about $33 each, and many want compensation. Should she have to pay for the missed port? Yes or no? Tell me in the comments. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
