Can you actually lose weight while eating at an all-you-can-eat cruise buffet? Most people come home from a cruise a few kilos heavier, but I’m trying something different. On Day 2 aboard the Carnival Adventure, I’m loading my plate with as much protein as possible while keeping the carbs under control. Today’s lunch includes lamb, beef, chicken, roast beef from the carvery, and plenty of vegetables and greens. The goal is simple: eat foods that keep me full for hours, help preserve muscle, and reduce those cravings that usually lead to overeating. I’m documenting my entire 9-day South Pacific cruise to show that you don’t have to give up your health goals just because you’re on holiday. Can you enjoy unlimited buffet food, explore amazing destinations, and still make smart choices? Join me as I take you around the Carnival Adventure, share what I’m eating each day, and show you the reality of staying on track while cruising through the South Pacific. If you’re interested in cruise food, Carnival Adventure, buffet tips, weight loss, high-protein meals, low-carb eating, intermittent fasting, or simply seeing what life is like on board, you’re in the right place. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and follow the journey as we continue visiting incredible ports, tasting the food, and seeing whether it’s really possible to come home lighter than when I boarded! #CarnivalAdventure #CruiseLife #CruiseBuffet #WeightLossJourney #SouthPacificCruise
