Having a balcony for an Alaskan cruise is a great way to experience the wonders of “The Last Frontier.” You can count on paying more versus an inside or an ocean view cabin, anywhere from $300 to $600 per person for mainstream cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Celebrity. To me it’s worth it to have that private oasis type space that belongs to you for the duration of your trip versus sharing the open deck with hundreds of others who are trying to get the same views. Having a balcony is also a great way to avoid a packed observation lounge when you are experiencing something like Glacier Bay for the first time. You do what works best for you, I know I can’t do without a balcony on an Alaskan cruise. Hope you enjoy! #alaskacruise #ncl #celebritycruises #royalcaribbean #cruise #cruisetips
