Sabatini’s on Caribbean Princess: Great Italian Food… But TERRIBLE Service?

Since we had the Princess Premier package, this meal was included for us, but if you are paying out of pocket, it is around $55 per person. We ended up eating at Sabatini’s twice during our 7-day cruise, and the two nights could not have been more different. The first night was honestly rough — our waitress pretty much disappeared, we were there for almost three hours, and I was even brought the wrong entrée. The second night, however, was a completely different experience. Our waiter was amazing, the service was quick, and he even gave us honest recommendations about what to order. In this video, we review the food, the atmosphere, the service, and whether Sabatini’s is actually worth it on the Caribbean Princess. We tried dishes like the fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, seafood linguine, fried seafood appetizer, burrata with prosciutto, and the Rocher dessert. Overall, the food was good — especially the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parmesan — but the service was very hit or miss. If the service had been consistent both nights, this restaurant would have been much easier to recommend. Would we eat at Sabatini’s again?
