Mallorca cruise port do’s and don’ts 🌞: Do’s: - Rent a car 🚗 (there is a car location service at the mall about 15 min walk from te port). - Drive around the picturesque towns of Valdemossa, Deia and Sóller (breathtaking views). - Try one of Mallorca’s picturesque cala (beaches 🏝️) - Go see the Palma Cathedral and the old town ⛪️ (There is a parking place right in front of the Church tha is very convenient). Dont’s: - Do not think you will walk everywhere. The old town and the Palma Cathedral might seem close to the ship but it is a very long walk to get there (especially under the mediterannean Sun) 🌞 . - Dont take a taxi from and to the Port: there is a supplement charge of 10€ on top of the metered rate which can get expensive. 🚕 ( walk outside of the port if a taxi is needed, otherwise the bus system or renting a car is you best option!) - Do not think you will see the whole island in one day 📍 You will not have the time to cover even 1/4 of what the island offers. Instead, focus on what you really want to see? Are you more into history, old towns or beachy vibes ? Make plans ahead of time and choose a route that suits you best but that is not too packed!
