Fishes and Dishes in Ketchikan, Alaska had been open less than two weeks when I visited, and everything I ate was unbelievable. Could it be the best food truck in Alaska? Hello Cruisers, Today I went to Fishes and Dishes, located in Ketchikan, Alaska. Fishes and Dishes has been open less then 2 weeks... but they are amazing at what they do. Everything I ate was unbelievable, I will 100% be going back This was probably the best Food Truck that I have ever eaten at. If you are craving some amazing fresh fish dishes, or one of the best chowders in Ketchikan; then give Fishes and Dishes a try... did I mention that they are very inexpensive compared to most places in Alaska.
