Carnival Cruise Line President Christine Duffy and Brand Ambassador John Heald sat down with SVP of Guest Operations for a Question and Answer session on board Carnival Vista. While the focus was on Celebration Key, they answered questions about the new Carnival Rewards Program as well. In true John Heald fashion, he added his signature dollop of humor to the event and Christine tried on some new Celebration Key merch!
