The Best Way to Spend Your Port Day in Cape Town, South Africa!
Come along with us as we explore Cape Town. We had an overnight here on our back to back cruise on Voyager of the Seas. Since this area of Africa is known for their wine we booked a custom wine tour. We started out at Fairview Vineyards where we had a wine tasting paired with some amazing cheeses. Next we headed to Stark-Condé Wines where we saw baboons frolicking through the picturesque vineyard. We had a phenomenal lunch at our next stop, The Fat Butcher. Finally, we had some delicious wines paired with chocolates at Waterford Estate. The next day we bought tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus and set off to Table Mountain. Unfortunately, the cable car was shutdown due to wind, so we checked out a beach and another winery near one of the stops.
