Today's cruise news: Disney Cruise Line has revealed plans to launch three brand-new ships in 2029, the biggest fleet expansion in its history, including a Japan-based Wish-class ship and two vessels in an all-new smaller class. Princess Cruises is changing its rules for bookings made from September 2nd, requiring full payment 120 days before departure instead of 90 and raising deposits across most stateroom categories. And Carnival is suspending several Platinum priority perks on its first-ever solar eclipse cruise, an 11-night Carnival Legend sailing positioned at sea for a total solar eclipse on August 12th.
