Seward Alaska the port we did not expect to go to come and see what we did on short notice.
We decided to take a 30 day adventure and this was day 11 of the trip. Due to the weather the ship had to change its itinerary from Dutch Harbor to Seward Alaska. Unfortunately Dutch Harbor was the reason I book this cruise and was very disappointed. We had short notice to try and find something to fill our day. We ended up taking the shuttle into town and going to the aquarium and enjoying some local food. This was our first time cruising on Holland America and we didn't know what to expect.
