Cunard Queen Anne Adventure 2024 - Part 7 - Rome
Today we travel to Rome for our first visit to this enchanted city. We witness the amazing historical masterpieces that can be found at virtually every corner! Unfortunately the Trevi Fountains were empty on our visit but we enjoyed some nice shopping opportunities before returning to the ship. A word of warning to anyone visiting Rome. Be careful on the metro astwo girls tried to force their way into Tracy's bag in attempt to steal her purse. Fortunately they didn't get away with it this time but it made us far more aware of our surroundings. Back at the port we notice a number of other ships in Port, and has a nice dinner on board before watching the Queen Victoria leave behind us. We then headed outside to order a strawberry daiquiri to toast a fantastic day in Rome.
