Cunard Queen Victoria Adventure - Easter 2026 - Part 3 - An Unexpected Sea Day
Hi Everyone, Welcome to our second sea day, in place of a port day in Porto. We have a look at the different entertainment options on the ship in what was a very busy day. We didn't manage to make the cartoonist as planned but watched his insight presentations later in the afternoon on the cabin television. We start the day by checking out the Lido restaurant for a buffet breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection available and Tracy enjoyed the omelette freshly made to order. Lee enjoyed some American breakfast items including, pancakes, French toast and a cinnamon bun! Afterwards we explore the ship some more, browsing the shops and checking out the weather out on deck as well as having a seat in the winter gardens. We then enjoyed a lunch in the Lido restaurant where we were free to choose from an array of choices. Emily was impressed by the cottage pie. After lunch Emily went to kids club and we enjoyed the Pinnicle game show. The show was based on the 1% game show and we managed to get to the fourth last question only to be tricked by a troll! Dessert was held off for afternoon tea which again we enjoyed in the Lido restaurant. The choux buns were a highlight as always and tend to go quickly! We had a lovely dinner in the evening as always in the Britannia restaurant. Evening entertainment included the fantastic Be Our Guest show, which was our favourite show on board. We also enjoyed the dancing in the Queen's Room and the 70's night before retiring early to bed in preparation of the first of our three port days.
