Toulon France Cruise Stop | Shops, Street Art & French Food

Our first port of call on our Mediterranean cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's **Brilliance of the Seas** was **Toulon, France**! 🇫🇷🚢 Rather than booking an excursion, my sister and I decided to **self explore Toulon**, and it worked out beautifully! Royal Caribbean offered a shuttle boat from the ship to the main area of Toulon for an additional charge, so we made our way into town and spent the day exploring at our own pace. There was so much to discover, including interesting shops, a local vendor market, and some unexpected street art tucked away in side streets and alleyways. One of my favorite parts of exploring independently was being able to wander and discover things we probably wouldn't have seen on a traditional excursion.
