The Alaska scenery and friendly crew were major highlights, but the ship also showed its age. During our cruise, we experienced plumbing problems, a temporary water shutdown, unreliable electrical outlets, worn cabin finishes, and other reminders that Serenade has been sailing for more than twenty years.
