These aren't standards Disney publishes today. And they aren't standards we simply invented. Throughout this series, we'll use Walt's documented expectations to look at Disney experiences today — including **Disney Parks, Disney Resorts and Disney Cruise Line** — and ask a deceptively simple question: **If Walt walked into Disney today, what would he think?** Historical research is not always perfect.
