Cruise Ship Hair Dresser Arrested
We discuss the arrest of a Virgin cruise ship hair stylist by the FBI for allegedly providing inappropriate contact with passengers. He convinced passengers to purchase multiple hair appointments in exchange for a free massage, which escalated beyond their consent. Two complaints led to his detention and court appearance in federal court in the Western District of Washington State. We explain that the FBI and US Attorney's Office have jurisdiction due to the crimes occurring in international waters.
