UMI UMA | CRYSTAL SERENITY Without a doubt, one of the best speciality restaurants we’ve ever experienced at sea! Umi Uma is @crystalcruises exclusive Nobu restaurant, bringing together incredible Japanese and Peruvian-inspired cuisine, and honestly, Mum and I still can’t stop talking about this meal! The food was exceptional, the quality of the ingredients was second to none and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely packed with flavour. But it wasn’t just the food. The staff, service and attention to detail were incredible. The team were so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, explaining the dishes, ingredients and techniques as we went along, which made the whole evening feel like an experience rather than simply dinner. Elegant, relaxed, exceptional food and fantastic service, everything you want from a speciality restaurant. We absolutely loved Umi Uma and would happily go back again tomorrow.
