When do you get your Royal Caribbean SeaPass card and room key? If you’re taking your first Royal Caribbean cruise, you may be surprised to learn that you don’t normally receive your physical SeaPass card at the cruise terminal. You’ll board using the SetSail Pass in the Royal Caribbean app. Once staterooms are ready, usually sometime in the early afternoon, you can head to your cabin where each guest’s SeaPass card will be waiting in an envelope outside the stateroom.
