As an association, GIFAS represents member companies who showcase their own products and solutions, including UAV and counter-UAV companies and aircraft wiring specialists. 4. Major GIFAS members present include Safran, MBDA, Dassault, and Airbus, alongside two startups. 5. GIFAS operates a defence committee that analyzes market trends and current conflicts, including in the Gulf and Ukraine, to help shape solutions for potential customers. 6. This defence committee work happens monthly, alongside similar work on naval and land defence components, aiming to position French industry effectively to meet regional needs. 7. The association's core role is to bring member companies together, exchange ideas, and promote French and European products, GIFAS itself doesn't provide solutions directly, but facilitates its members in doing so. 8. PARISOT's personal highlight from the event was seeing the French Rafale demo flight, which he found impressive, especially its livery and colors.
