Hi Everyone, Welcome to our final sea day on board Queen Victoria. We had a lazy start to the morning enjoying a lie in after three continuous days of exploring ports. We skipped breakfast so we could visit the Britannia restaurant for lunch. Today was one of our favourite lunch menus and of course we all had to have the lasagne. It was so good I could have had another plate. Starters and dessert were also great and everyone was happy after a fantastic lunch! Emily went to the kids club for the afternoon, so we went to the shops to purchase a ship model and got a few bargains in the sale. Afterwards we go for some treats at the afternoon tea. It was soon time for dinner and once again the food was great. The food certainly is a pleasure to have when on board a Cunard ship. After dinner we ventured over to the theatre to see the production show Come From Away. I have to be honest this show didn't win me over and at times I had no clue what was happening as script flowed so quickly and it was difficult to keep up with the faux American accents. Emily enjoyed the show and it received a good reception from a lot of the passengers. We went to the shops to have another look before being tempted by the late night buffet. We enjoyed the curries on offer as well as the usual pizza and hotdogs on offer. Back in the cabin we show our final purchases before calling it a night as we plan to disembark early the next morning. Thanks for watching!
