It changes your life because it completely changes your environment. In this video, I’m talking about why environment plays such a huge role in personal growth, confidence, independence and becoming a different version of yourself. I also react to a few Instagram reels that explain this idea so well, and I share why working and living on cruise ships can lead to such fast personal growth. When you join a ship, everything changes. Your home, your routine, your friends, your manager, your team, your cabin, your ports, your challenges and your comfort zone. And because of that, you start using life skills every single day: confidence, independence, discipline, communication, adaptability and resilience. This is why so many people go away for one cruise ship contract and come back completely different. If you have ever felt stuck, or you are wondering whether working on ships could help you grow as a person, I hope this video helps you see why changing your environment can change so much. ⚓ Want help getting a job on cruise ships?
