Wendy and I were enjoying a beautiful skyline view of Cartagena Colombia on our Panama Cruise, when we spotted a luxury cruise ship. we did the standard friendly wave, and no one had the slightest interest in giving us a wave back. in fairness after we stopped recording one person did start waving.
