What's the one part of your morning that's usually just something to get through before the real day starts? Coffee, standing up, half-checking your phone while you drink it. Up in the Crow's Nest on Holland America Line's Eurodam before most of the ship was awake — glass on every side, coffee still hot, Juneau starting to show up ahead. Nobody in there yet. No line, no noise, nothing to check. So what would it actually feel like to let coffee be the whole point of the morning, instead of the thing that gets you through it? Steam off the cup.
