Two years ago, we asked literally thousands of Disney loving adults, older adults and seniors the changes they wanted Disney leadership to hear. We asked the same question last year. This year, we asked again..... this time over 100,000 Disney adults , older adults and seniors. What surprised us wasn't the number of responses—it was how many of the same requests came back for a third straight year. In this documentary, we compare three years of feedback from Disney World and Disneyland guests to see what has changed, what hasn't, and why so many of the same concerns continue to appear year after year. Has Disney World changed, or have Disney World guests changed? After asking more than 100,000 Disney fans the same question for three years, the answers revealed something surprising about the Walt Disney World experience in 2026. For three consecutive years, members of our Disney community were asked: “If you had five minutes with Josh D’Amaro, what ONE thing would you tell him needs to be done to improve Disney Parks?” The responses were remarkably consistent. Disney World guests talked about: ✔ More seating and benches ✔ More shade in the parks ✔ Easier Disney transportation ✔ Better accessibility options ✔ A simpler Disney World planning experience ✔ Affordability ✔ The overall Disney atmosphere and guest experience But this Disney documentary is not really about benches, shade, or any single change. It asks a much bigger question: How can Walt Disney World continue helping every guest enjoy the Disney Magic? We look at the history of Disney Parks, Walt Disney’s idea of “plussing,” comments from Disney leaders including Bob Iger, Josh D’Amaro, Michael Eisner, and Joe Rohde, and compare those ideas with what thousands of Disney World fans have been saying. We also look beyond Disney World at examples from Dollywood, Universal Orlando, and Disneyland Paris to ask whether Disney can continue improving the guest experience. Has Disney World lost its magic? Or has the way guests experience Disney World simply changed? Whether you are planning your first Walt Disney World vacation, returning after many years, visiting Disney World with family, traveling as adults, grandparents, Disney Vacation Club members, Annual Passholders, or lifelong Disney fans, this conversation is about one thing: Keeping the Disney Magic alive for every generation.
