Touring the Jambo Spice Farm, located in Dole village on Zanzibar Island, in Africa, we learned about the unique taste buds of the local people, the use of green mango, and their appreciation for the food that comes from the region. Cooked with cassava, cooked in cassava, green banana; this one cassava with beans and other stuff. So our menu, on the island of Pemba is 50% different from the menu of this island. The taste of our mouth is sour, it is not sweet taste, so for us, green mango must be in the curry, a lot of lemon, a lot of lime.
