I discuss the case of Timothy Hudson, a 16-year-old being prosecuted as an adult for the murder of his stepsister Anna Kepner, whose body was found strangled on a carnival cruise ship. The case is being heard by Judge Beth Bloom in the Southern District of Florida, and the defendant has pleaded not guilty.
