Our Accessible Honeymoon Cruise on P&O Arvia | Accessible Adventures
We went on our honeymoon cruise aboard P&O Arvia, travelling with Limitless Travel as part of a supported group of disabled travellers. Setting sail from Southampton, our Accessible Adventure took us to Bilbao, where we explored the Guggenheim Museum in the heat; La Coruña, where our search for an accessible beach did not quite go to plan; Vigo, where we wandered around the city; and Cherbourg, where we explored the town before heading home. We also share what life onboard Arvia was like as a wheelchair user, from getting around the ship and travelling with group support to enjoying the spa, trying accessible sports and eating our way through restaurants including Sindhu and The Beach House. One of the most special moments was putting our wedding outfits back on for a sunset photoshoot at sea.
