Has Disney World lost its magic? That question has become increasingly common among longtime Disney fans. To better understand why, we asked more than 100,000 Disney fans a simple question: "What has changed at Disney World that you miss most?" More than 500 Disney fans shared thoughtful responses. Some talked about Disney's Magical Express, FastPass+, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Extra Magic Hours, free package delivery to Disney Resort hotels, and how much more planning a Walt Disney World vacation now requires. Others focused on rising Disney World vacation costs, changes to the guest experience, and whether today's Disney parks still deliver the same feeling of immersion and being cared for that many families remember. In this documentary, we'll examine: • Walt Disney's original vision for the guest experience • What current Disney leadership has said about the future of Disney Parks • How the cost of a comparable Walt Disney World vacation has changed between 2019 and 2026 • Disney park attendance trends • The most common themes from hundreds of Disney fan comments This isn't a video about nostalgia.
