BREAKING PRINCESS CRUISES NEWS: Princess is increasing the price of its Plus and Premier packages beginning October 13, 2026. Both packages are going up by $5 per person, per day. The important news is that you still have time to lock in the current pricing. According to the announcement Allison discusses, if you book a new cruise or add Plus or Premier to an existing booking before October 13, you can purchase the package at the current price. Allison breaks down the current prices, what you actually receive with Princess Plus and Premier, and why you shouldn't decide whether a package is worthwhile based only on whether you drink alcohol. We don't drink alcohol, but we still find Princess Plus worthwhile for the way WE cruise. Wi-Fi, crew appreciation, beverages, bottled water and casual dining can all factor into the value. With Premier, specialty dining and photos can make an important difference as well. The key is to do the math based on how YOU cruise. Allison also talks about what surprised her — and what DIDN'T surprise her — about today's announcement.
