Josie Klein takes viewers through Seven Seas Splendor's three specialty restaurants - Pacific Rim, Prime 7 and Chartreuse - to answer the question most cruisers actually want answered before booking: what does "included" really mean. It starts at Chartreuse, a chic slice of Paris at sea on Deck 10, serving classic French plates with a modern twist against sunset views off the stern. From there it's down to Deck 5 for Pacific Rim, where a giant bronze dragon marks the entrance to a Pan-Asian menu built around dishes like Korean BBQ lamb chops and fresh sushi and sashimi. The tour closes back up on Deck 10 at Prime 7, the ship's steakhouse, all dark leather and marble in a room styled like a gentlemen's club. On a mainstream cruise line, a night at any one of these would come with a cover charge. On Regent, all three are simply part of the fare - no upcharge, no rationed reservations, no catch. Three restaurants, three cuisines, one price. That's the whole trick.
